Health
  • I used to consider myself healthy. #obesity #untreated-anxiety #childhood-trauma

  • After thinking I was having a heart attack, I uncovered Anxiety (usually health anxiety) and a Fatty Liver.

  • I now have a routine of 40 sit-ups, 35 min walking (8 incline, speed 3 if treadmill) and using an ab roller. I completed the 2025 FortyForty virtual challenge, the 2025 Advent virtual challenge.

  • Eating modified Mediterranean diet w/cheats and an eye toward Healthy Liver Food.

Life
  • I am married, have an adorable adopted son, two cats.

  • I am all Let Them by Mel Robbins, Perimenopause for Dummies, ADHD for Adults by Dr. Barkley and more….

  • I am seeking volunteer Board opportunities (coming soon to be announced in January 2026!)

  • Shopping Amazon is a hobby!
