After thinking I was having a heart attack, I uncovered Anxiety (usually health anxiety) and a Fatty Liver.
I now have a routine of 40 sit-ups, 35 min walking (8 incline, speed 3 if treadmill) and using an ab roller. I completed the 2025 FortyForty virtual challenge, the 2025 Advent virtual challenge.
Eating modified Mediterranean diet w/cheats and an eye toward Healthy Liver Food.
I am married, have an adorable adopted son, two cats.
